CPD Accreditation

CPD points will be confirmed as soon as possible.  CPD Scanning will be done for local and international delegates.  Please ensure that we have your Health Professional Council registration number.

Discovery Health will do the CPD scanning on-site and will generate bar-coded name tags for the delegates on-site.  The Discovery desk will be close to the registration desk. The scanner reads all the information required to allocate CPD points and certificates to each doctor.

CPD points will be allocated for every scan, which is normally done twice a day for maximum CPD points. Within 7 to 10 working days after the conference ends, each local doctor will receive an email or SMS, from MYCPD confirming details of the congress attended and prompting them to log on to www.mycpd.co.za with a unique username and password. Each delegate is able to capture congress details and keep a history of conferences attended and CPD points online, as well as download and print certificates. The online MYCPD system is free of charge.

CPD certificates will be e-mailed to international delegates.
