REGISTRATION IS CLOSED
The 25th SATS Congress will coincide with the World Transplant Games that will be taking place from 29 July – 3 August 2013 in Durban. To ensure that you get accommodation in one of the recommended hotels we urge you to register for the congress as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions for registration:
- The Early Bird registration deadline was Monday 22 April 2013
- Online Registration will close 24 July 2013.
- Day registration fees are only applicable from Wednesday 31 July – Friday 2 August 2013.
- Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered. These changes to be requested in writing to Estie.
- If you register as member, your valid membership number of the Transplantation Society and/or the Southern African Transplantation Society has to be provided in the applicable sections on the registration form.
- If registering as a group, each person has to complete a registration form.
- Doctors and Nurses have to provide their professional council registration numbers.
- Trainees have to fax/e-mail the proof of trainee status before their registration to Estie at estie@soafrica.com or +27 (0)11 463 3265 can be confirmed.
Terms and conditions for payment:
- Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
- All Early Bird registrations had to be paid by Monday 22 April 2013 otherwise standard registration fees will be charged
- All payments to be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice or by the 1 July 2013.
- Registration received after 1 July 2013 will have to be paid within 2 days of receipt of invoice.
- No Government Purchase Orders will be accepted. All registrations must be prepaid.
- An invoice with the Congress bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration.
- Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the Congress bank account.
- Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to Estie Schoombee, estie@soafrica.com or +27 (0)11 463 3265.
- Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for, with their unique PIN number. (PIN number, Name, Surname,).
- All payments must be made payable to SATS2013.
- Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible to cover the bank charges. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the conference bank account. Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to pay the difference in cash on site before being allowed to participate in the Congress.
Terms and Conditions for Cancellations
- All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat. estie@soafrica.com
- Cancellations received before 27 May 2013 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellation received between 27 May and 30 June 2013 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation from 1 July 2013 onwards.
- All refunds due will only be issued after the Congress.
- The Organising committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
