Speaker Preparation Room
Venue: Small Ilanga, First floor, Southern Sun Elangeni
Speakers presenting on the first day of Conference need to upload their presentations at least two hours prior to their presentation. Speakers on remaining days to kindly hand in their presentations at least 24hrs before they are due to present. The support technicians will check fonts, formats, videos and sound to make sure your presentation is correctly formatted.

Please note that all food is Halaal and Kosher friendly.

• Please keep cell phone on silent mode during sessions. 
• Delegates are requested to respect the starting times for all sessions as these will be strictly adhered to. 
• No food will be allowed in the Conference Room.

Airport Transfers

All airport transfers are for delegates own arrangements, unless otherwise arranged.  Please contact one of the following transfer companies to arrange your transport.  Please stipulate that you are attending the SATS 2013 congress when making a reservation. 

Airport Bus Transport
Airport Bus Transport is a shuttle transfer company that runs from King Shaka International Airport to the various hotels in the city of Durban.  The shuttle departs approximately every 30 min from outside King Shaka International Airport International Arrivals at Public Transport Parking.  This shuttle service operates from 05h00 to 22h00 Monday to Sunday.  Bookings need to be made for return transfers only.

Airport Express
Airport Express is an established, full service, transfer, day tour & transport logistics company.  Airport transfers can be arranged according to your personalised flight details by prior arrangement.  Costs depend on the number of people being transferred.

SOCIAL EVENT TRANSPORT

Transport arrangements for all delegates going to the World Transplant Games’ Events:
The World Transplant Games will have shuttles running from the hotels (Southern Sun Elangeni & North Beach (Maharani), Garden Court Marine Parade and South Beach to the various sports venues daily. They also make a stop at the ICC. In the evenings the shuttles will be running to the ICC for all dinners from the same hotels.  There will be transport signs up in all hotels.

Transport for the 25th SATS Congress Dinner:
Shuttles will run between the Southern Sun Elangeni, North Beach (now Maharani), Sun Square Hotel - Sun Coast Casino and Belaire Suites at specific times.  More details will be made available on-site.

Security

• We urge delegates to take care of their personal possessions and exhibitors to be particularly aware during periods of exhibition build-up and breakdown. 
• Name badges must be displayed at all times for security reasons, as well as when attending congress social events and to get access to the coaches for social event transfers.

World Transplant Games (WTG)
Please note that the World Transplant Games takes place in Durban at the same time as the SATS Congress.  We encourage you to support the athletes by attending their Social Events in your spare time.  Please read more about their activities and social programme on their website.

On Sunday 28thJuly , the WTG is organising a Beach Awareness Walk .  All guests are requested to meet 10h00 at the Amphitheatre.  All delegates are welcome to join.
